Terms of Use

Resharen lets you make personalised interactive pages from templates and share them with a link. You can use it without an account; some features, such as seeing when a page is opened, need a free account.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to use the site. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for what happens in your account. Give accurate information, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

You own what you put into your pages: your words, names and photos. To show your pages, you give us permission to store, display and send them to the people who have the link, only as needed to run the service.

You promise you have the right to use everything you add, including photos of other people and anyone's name or personal details.

Don't make or share pages that:

• bully, harass, threaten or humiliate anyone, or are hateful;
• are sexual or involve the exploitation of children in any way;
• scam people, ask for passwords or payment details, or pretend to be someone else or another company;
• share someone's private information, such as their address, phone number or private photos, without their permission;
• could frighten someone for real or make them believe they're in real danger (prank templates should be obviously playful);
• break the law or someone else's rights, including copyright;
• contain viruses or harmful code, or link to it.

Also don't misuse the site itself: no attempts to get around limits or locks, overload or break the site, collect data from it automatically, or access parts that aren't meant for you.

Anyone can report a page. We may review, hide or remove any page, and suspend or close any account, if we believe it breaks these terms or puts people at risk. Where it's appropriate and allowed, we'll tell you.

The templates, designs, animations, code and the Resharen name belong to us or our partners. You can use them to make and share pages on Resharen, but you can't copy, resell or reuse them elsewhere without our permission.

Pages stay online until they expire or are deleted. Pages with an expiry time are deleted automatically, and can't be recovered. We aim to keep everything working but can't promise a page will always be available, so keep your own copy of anything important, such as original photos.

Premium is not on sale yet. Expressing interest doesn't commit you to anything. When it launches, it will come with its own prices and terms, shown before you pay.

The site shows ads to stay free. We're not responsible for the products or websites advertised.

We're always improving the site and may add, change or remove templates and features. We may also stop parts of the service, and we'll try to give notice where we reasonably can.

Resharen is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't make promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or unexpected losses, or for lost data, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll make it clear on the site. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the new terms.
